There have been a number of disturbing stories making the news that begs the question: is pedophilia becoming more acceptable among prominent leftwing media sources? The inspiration for this question comes from an article published by NBC News. The article details online vigilante groups that hunt child predators and shame them on social media while trying to get the word out in their local towns.
He lures alleged child predators and shames them on Facebook. Now one of his targets is dead.
Malcolm was tall and handsome. The oldest son of Jamaican immigrants, he wholly subscribed to the idea of the American dream. In high school, Malcolm was vice president of the Future Business Leaders of America club, assistant captain of the tennis and swim teams and a member of the student council and Model United Nations. He started a social marketing business at 15.
After graduating in 2016, Malcolm filled his Instagram and Facebook feeds with photos of New York high-rises, bathroom selfies in three-piece suits and links to news articles in which he was featured. He went to community college while working as a junior buyer for a local circuit-board manufacturer and was the subject of a Connecticut Public Television series that profiled recent high school graduates. Earlier this year, he was named one of Litchfield County’s 40 Leaders Under 40.
Malcolm was also gay, which was difficult growing up in a religious family in Torrington, a sleepy former mill town in the northwest part of the state, friends said.
“It’s not easy to be black, Jamaican, a Jehovah’s Witness and gay in Torrington, Connecticut,” said Allie Morrissey, a friend of Malcolm’s.
The tone made, in the beginning of the article, it seem like the pedophile who killed himself, Malcolm, a gay man young adult, otherwise young and successful, accidentally found himself the victim of a predator sting operation. Unable to cope with people finding out, he killed himself. The only references to “Malcolm” being a pedophile come from quoted sources from the group POPSquad (Prey on Predators).
The article also points out other potential pedophile allies, Facebook. NBC reported that multiple pedophile hunting groups were being targeted by Facebook’s censorship, under the guise of cyberbullying.
After an inquiry from NBC News, Facebook temporarily suspended several predator hunter accounts, removed some individual posts and deleted at least one group entirely. Some groups voluntarily removed their own pages to escape what they saw as a purge. POPSquad appeared to be unaffected.
Anthony Greene of Truckers Against Predators was among the users disciplined by Facebook. In a Facebook Live video, Greene told his followers he was locked out of his account, in “Facebook jail” for the next 30 days
This article was published weeks after the media celebrated the sexualization of a child transvestite dancing in a gay bar for dollar bills, including CNBC who the Daily Wire specifically pointed out. In no way is it appropriate for a kid to be performing in a bar like that for dollar bills. That is indulging pedophilia. Yet this event was widely celebrated among the leftwing media.
However despite the media’s apparent implied tolerance for pedophilia, there remains one staunch exception: the Catholic Church. The media, consistently uses the rampant sexual abuse to undermine the Catholic Church, which it does as the Pope ignores biblical mandates on addressing such perversions. But without delving into further digression, this probably has to do with their disdain towards Christianity. But the media doesn’t to the same degree emphasize the pedophilia of the entertainment industry. Lets not forget the famous video of the standing ovation for Roman Polanski.

The NBC article implies that Malcolm himself was a willing and curious participant seeking older men when he was high school aged.
Starting in high school, Malcolm used apps like Tinder and Grindr to meet men from around the state, friends said. On that October night, he had come to Bristol to meet someone younger, purportedly a 14-year-old boy “going on 15,” according to a video posted by the digital vigilante group known as POPSquad.
This guy was clearly fluent in the online dating game from an age. This was likely another routine hookup for him. The rise of these vigilante groups demonstrates the pervasiveness of pedophilia in today’s age. POPSquad being based in Connecticut, and there 126 stings, as of Malcolm, is just a drop in the bucket in a larger underground sexual phenomenon.
It’s quite possible that the mainstream media is soft on pedophilia because because they themselves are littered with pedophiles. But then another commonality between the two articles posted (NBCNews and Daily Wire) show that pedophilia and homosexuality may be more closely tied together than we may even realize or being willing to admit as a society,unless you believe a ten year old girl performing in a regular night club would be as acceptable to NBCNews (it wouldn’t). It would be inconvenient for the connection to be brought in the light when the media has been glamorizing it, creating and expanding the acronym of sexual behaviors which may one day officially include pedophilia. Furthermore it undermines the efforts of those within the community who would rather exclude pedophilia among their ranks. Instead the mainstream media celebrates this instance of blatant pedophilia. The media doesn’t support sexualizing children unless its underaged boys dressing as girls. The existence of this exception makes it clear that the media is not interested in protecting children, rather it is interested in pushing an agenda. Perhaps this explains the soft stance on pedophilia and the effort to drum up controversy toward vigilante groups like POPSquad.
