Big Eva’s claim that voter fraud is not happening is laughable

The ERLC and its President Russell Moore have long been shilling for political leftism and otherwise derelict on the issue of defending religious liberty. But being the political arm of the Southern Baptist Convention, the ERLC felt compelled to explain what is going on in the 2020 election. So before attempting to explain why it is more likely than not voter fraud is underway, let us first hear the ERLC’s explaination as to why it can’t happen in America.

Currently, there has been no evidence that voter fraud has been occurring.

Trump’s campaign has filed lawsuits in Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania. Judges in Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania have dismissed the legal challenges.

In only one state—Nevada—have they officially claimed fraud was occurring. Trump tweeted that there was “plenty of proof,” but neither he nor his campaign have offered any proof at all.

There are numerous reasons why widespread election fraud is difficult, if not impossible, to pull off at the presidential level. Political parties appoint partisan poll watchers to monitor polling places and election offices. For instance, an election office in the Democratic stronghold of Detroit had 134 Republicans, 134 Independents, and 134 Democrats as poll watchers. Extensive research has shown that voter fraud is exceeding rare, that voter impersonation is virtually nonexistent, and that many instances of alleged fraud are merely mistakes by voters or election administrators.

This reads far more like an anti-Trump piece in the Washington Post than an explainer from a Christian organization. The “extensive research” happens to ignore much of American history.

The 1960 Presidential Election was the most contest election up to its point in American history. Richard Nixon narrowly loses Illinois and thus the Presidency by less than 9000 votes. While Nixon ultimately does not contest the election results and concedes, historians have often debated whether voter fraud took place.

The 2000 election and its Florida recount consist of a poor ballot design and system where during the recount, votes for Pat Buchanan as votes for Al Gore. While they were trying to count in the way they thought voters intended to vote, this was ultimately fraud, and the Supreme Court ordered a halt and gave Florida to Bush accordingly.

But 2020 had something entirely unprecedented: mass mail in ballots, thus nullifying the ERLC’s extensive research. On December 7th, 2004, a high ranking State Department official testified before US Congress with regards to evidence of voter fraud in Ukriane and the irregularities they were observing.

The following are examples of the most egregious, widely observed and reported examples of election-day fraud on November 21:

Illegal Use of Absentee Ballots: According to the respected NGO “Committee of Voters of Ukraine” (CVU), massive electoral fraud was committed through the illegal use of absentee voter certificates. For example, people were caught in Dnipropetrovsk and Sumy oblasts with their pockets stuffed with blank absentee ballots that they were using to vote at multiple polling stations.

Opposition Observers Ejected: Observers from Our Ukraine and other opposition groups were expelled from most polling stations in eastern Ukraine on Election Day. For example, in Territorial Election Commission (TEC) district number 42 in Donetsk oblast, Our Ukraine observers were kicked out of all but a few polling stations.

North Korean-Style Turnout in the East: Turnout in the pro-Yanukovych eastern oblasts was unnaturally high. In several electoral districts, turnout for the run-off round increased by 30 to 40 percent over the first round. In Luhansk oblast, the reported turnout rate hit nearly 96 percent — a number that, to quote the OSCE, even Stalinist North Korea would envy. A similar turnout rate was reported in Donetsk oblast, where 98 percent of the votes went to hometown candidate Prime Minister Yanukovych.

Mobile Ballot Box Fraud: In the second round of the election, the number of voters who supposedly cast ballots at home using mobile ballot boxes was double that of the first round. Much of this voting occurred without observers being present and was massively fraudulent. In Mykolayiv oblast, for example, nearly 35 percent of the oblast’s voters purportedly cast their ballots “at home.”

Computer Data Allegedly Altered To Favor Yanukovych: There were credible reports showing that that Yanukovych supporters gained illegal access to the Central Election Commission’s computer system and illegally altered vote tabulation data being transmitted by TECs to the CEC.

Reports of Opposition Fraud: Yanykovych’s supporters allege that Yushchenko’s supporters stuffed ballot boxes in western Ukraine. But the reports and evidence of pro-Yanukovych fraud greatly outweighed those indicated for Yushchenko.

This list of what the State Department observed as fraud in 2004 is largely what we are observing in 2020. Their term “North Korean-Style” can easily be applied to an extremely high turnout which Democrat run cities are reporting specifically in the most contested battleground states. Some precincts seemed to have more votes than registered voters.

What is notable here is that Joe Biden underperformed in cities everywhere but in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Georgia. A city like Cleveland, Ohio would have been ideal for Joe Biden to amass margins to make him more competitive, but Biden fell flat once the in-person votes were counted. A blue Virginia was red much longer on election night in 2020 than in 2016 shocking many.

The Republicans net gained house seats which is an election anomaly if the top of ticket is left uncontested. The idea that a losing incumbent President will still result in gain of House seats is improbable. The idea that substantially more ballots voted Biden with nothing down ballot is highly suspect as well.

The ERLC claims that their isn’t evidence. However, this is a lie. There is enough evidence to warrant a thorough discovery process in the courts. Currently their are sworn affidavits attesting to voter fraud. Currently, there are statistical anomalies attributable to voter fraud used in. Benford’s Law is a tool that the State Department and forensics accountants use to detect fraud.

Benford’s Law when applied to the 2020 election provides evidence of voter fraud.

[Disclaimer: I cannot adequately articulate how this math works.]

The mail in ballot counting is also highly suspicious, as pointed out in this thread. What is being observed in the states that flipped overnight is that the mail-in ballots became increasingly for Biden when mail in ballots are shuffled in the postal system, thus the proportion of votes in the first batch should be from the same population as the 4am batch. This can detect if ballots were manufactured.

[Editor’s Note: If this summary is unclear and you have a subscription to BlazeTV, I recommend seeing Steve Deace Show Overtime 11/09/2020.]

At best the Big Eva is straw manning their opposition. Indeed many voter fraud allegations were hardly substantive, most notably, “sharpiegate” which failed to prove that votes were not counted because of the use of sharpies. But they fail to look

Overall, there are reasons to suspect fraud and enough evidence to open up a lengthy discovery process. For the ERLC dismiss claims of voter fraud, they are either too unintelligent to understand how statistics and elections work or too corrupt to care.

  1. Students of the Bible should know that evil men conspire in the shadows to gain power and oppress the good that may stand in their way. To say that’s not happening in the place with access to the most power and money in the history of mankind is just laughable. Of course there is fraud, the question is just how much. If there isn’t any, than why all the effort to prevent Trump from looking. People get so wrapped up in their political party, and treating elections like the “big game” that they are simply blinded to what’s obviously in front of them. Just as long as they win. If bad calls go their way than all the better. Now as a Sabres fan, I say “NO GOAL”!

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

The sad thing is we know what brought down Greece, Rome, and other world powers. But we follow right in their footsteps. To the glee of the rest of world (see Iran’s gloating at our election results) as the last thing to stand in their way destroys itself.

    John Adams:
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

  2. Not only are Trumpsters going to start a new political party, but a new originalist Bible-based church movement.

    1. I disagree with the first part. The Republicans aren’t going back to the Mitt Romney types. The establishment candidate will be like Nikki Haley in 2024 which is a massive shift right from Jeb!

      1. That took several readings to figure out what you meant.

You are right, a new party will be talked about but not created. Too bad several existing parties won’t consolidate to form a viable third party. Constitution, Libertarian, and a couple of others whose goals are tiny government and personal freedom within reason.

The crew at Bannon’s War Room Pandemic keep asking:

Where are the 2024 candidates voicing their support for Trump?

Where are those elected on Trump’s coattails? From Senators to House members to state and local Republicans.

I haven’t heard any those supporting Trump, but with the Big Tech Censorship and MSM Blackout and FoxNews (all varieties) virtually turning on Trump, it will be hard to pick up. The Turtle sounds tepid at best, and Grahamnasty is talking about confirming Biden’s cabinet picks. The conservative aggregators are so busy linking to articles about the legal actions and exposing the illegal activities, that if they are posting any links to support they are way down their pages.

Mark your calendar, what many would call a Tin-foil hat wearer, ToreSays, is saying that come late February 2021, RINOs will be hunted (as in exposed for their non-support and corruption). She has made numerous fulfilled prophecies over the past couple of years. You won’t like her style, but like Trump and Jones, she is right more often than chance would explain.

Prophecy fulfilled is more powerful than failed predictions. (That’s copyrighted me. I made it up a couple of years ago. It is directed at Dispensationalists, but works other places if you stretch the definition of “prophecy”.)

  3. We also need to define terms. I wish I could remember where I read or heard the names of about a half dozen different types of crimes being committed as part of this election.
I think it might have been Guilliani on Bannan’s Pandemic War Room talking about the lawsuits that they are filing.
Then you have all the voting irregularities in 2018 mid-terms, 2019 state elections, and, dare I say, the stuff in Shadowgate 1 and 2. Also, Millenial Millie and ToreSays did videos. And Thomas Wicker has a thought-provoking video about CISA and elections. Heck, Seth Poor (sic) may have been planning on whistle-blowing about election tampering.
Ray, it is ok to not post this if it will get you censored. Or redact the parts that will.

    1. These days you can get censored for thing you didn’t say. But to be honest, I’m not as knowledgeable on the 2018 shenanigans. I remember Arizona being whack, but for this I wanted to highlight more well known examples. Perhaps people do not recognize the Florida recount was an example of fraud. Sometimes a bunch of little examples fail to create a sense of pervasiveness.

      1. Dang you. Now I have to find that article that points out that Florida isn’t the best corollary.
I can’t remember which one it was or even how recent. Couldn’t find it in the hundreds of articles I scanned over the last few days.
On the brightside, I did find two of the ones I referred to above. From Natural News:
“Thousands referred to DOJ for election law violations after as many as 9,000 illegal votes identified in Nevada”
        and
“Pollak: Seven kinds of election interference, from fraud to censorship”

      2. Texas Charges Social Worker With 134 Felony Counts Involving Election Fraud

and all the Project Veritas VIDEOS. Do you have the SBC’s address to send them a link?

Of course, they have become so evil that they may be irredeemable. (Dang, back to that Calvinist stuff.)

  4. Forgot to mention, you didn’t list any of the actual arrests, referrals and indictments that have already taken place.
I’d try to do a search, but I’d have to scroll through several pages to find articles that are NOT saying that no one has ever been arrested or convicted of election crimes. But I’ll try.

  5. I just tried that and I’m ROFL at the biased headlines written to make it sound like Republicans are attacking people. I’m going to do my blood pressure a favor and just not try that again.
