Samuel Alito Hoes Mad

BASED Samuel Alito Overturn Roe Draft Leaked

In an unexpected twist to the fight to overturn Roe v Wade, a draft of the majority opinion has been leaked. Samuel Alito’s first draft of a court opinion overturning Roe and Casey was obtained by Politico. The draft calls for the overturn of Roe v Wade citing its lack of basis in the Constitution. The five justices believed to side in the majority are Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Barrett, and Kavanaugh. Roberts is believed to have joined with the other liberal justices rather than joining the coalition to overturn Roe.

“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start. Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences. And far from bringing about a national settlement of the abortion issue, Roe and Casey have enflamed debate and deepened division.”

Alito would eventually take a mocking tone towards Roe. It’s important to note that several prominent Evangelical figures have subverted the abolish abortion cause like Russell Moore, Karen Swallow Prior, and the most recent example of Tim Keller. Ironically, the fastest way to end abortion in several swaths in the country turned out to be electing Republican and challenging Roe, completely undercutting the Never- Trumpers who claim to be pro-life.

The overturn of Roe and Casey would have an overnight impact on our culture for the better. We should pray for this eventual outcome as the court’s decision remains unofficial.
