The reaction to the Biden Administration’s amended language to an existing Pandemic Treaty have generated suspicion that the World Health Organization and related international bodies might override national sovereignty through the bureaucratic issuance of executive edicts which then coerce the citizenry of sovereign nations.
Incapable of enacting a new treaty, the Biden Administration has backdoored the following changes to Article 9 of the 2005 International Health Regulations treaty:
WHO may take into account reports from sources other than notifications or consultations and shall assess these reports according to established epidemiological principles and then communicate information on the event to the State Party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring. Before taking any action based on such reports, WHO shall consult with and attempt to obtain verification from the State Party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring in accordance with the procedure set forth in Article 10. To this end, WHO shall make the information received available to the States Parties and only where it is duly justified may WHO maintain the confidentiality of the source. This information will be used in accordance with the procedure set forth in Article 11.
The amended language to Article 9 would remove the requirement for cooperation from the sovereign government where the outbreak occurred. By striking out the language involving local cooperation, the WHO could act unilaterally without permission in investigating alleged outbreaks. Numerous changes to the language after Article 9 reflect the stricken language, since the WHO would no longer require the State Party to assist in their investigation or agree to their findings. Theoretically, this could be in response to China deceiving the world on the origins and nature of Covid as the WHO would not have to cooperate with the CCP to investigate viral outbreaks in China. Bear in mind, this is the argument being levied in favor of the new amendments. Article 12 has been amended to include disclosure requirements for informing all nations of a potential international outbreak.
The amended treaty would establish Article 53, which would create a compliance committee process designed to oversee the WHO’s response to a given outbreak.
2. The Compliance Committee shall be authorized to:
(a) Request further information on matters under its consideration; (b) Undertake, with the consent of any State Party concerned, information gathering in the territory of that State Party; (c) Consider any relevant information submitted to it; (d) Seek the services of experts and advisers, including representatives of NGOs or members of the public, as appropriate; and (e) Make recommendations to a State Party concerned and/or WHO regarding how the State Party may improve compliance and any recommended technical assistance and financial support.
The scope of this committee does not entitle the WHO to issue edicts or coerce nations more than they currently do. The reference to NGO’s would enable the Bill Gates types who are already in bed with the WHO to further consult these compliance committees. The committee’s responsibilities remain advisory, and under the amended language to the treaty, the State Party can still reject and deny the WHO’s findings. There are measures added to compel acceptance of recommendations within 48 hours when there were no time constraints in the prior version. Punctual communications is a recurring theme throughout the amended language.
Loss of National Sovereignty?
The major concerns from those critical or adversarial to this amended treaty believe that the Biden Administration is seeking to give away American sovereignty to the WHO, who can then declare unrelated matters like Global Warming or gun violence “health emergencies” and therefore supersede American autonomy. Because America is already member to this treaty, it does not require the 67 votes in the senate to become ratified. Overall, I think this concern is largely unfounded. Most elements in the treaty were preexisting to the proposed amendments. The Director General of the WHO already had the authority to declare public health emergencies, but only now does not require cooperation from the nations to come to these conclusions. There is no ceding of sovereign authority from our government to the WHO more than there already was except for the fact that the WHO could declare a health emergency in America without consulting with American agencies, both state or federal. But if the federal government or the states reject or ignore the WHO, there is no consequence as the only leverage the WHO possesses is a bully pulpit and foreign aid. It is highly improbable that the WHO would offer medical aid to a developed nation in exchange for policy outcomes.
Our federal system insulates the states from the federal government. Though the administration could enforce travel requirements, approve ineffective treatments, and issue misleading guidance, it was the state and local governments who enforced lockdowns and mandates. Moreover, America lacks a national healthcare system, or single payer, which would further empower the federal government during a “pandemic” situation. It also cannot be ignored that the CDC has undertaken prior efforts to creep into gun violence, which is beyond the scope of their mandate. These efforts ultimately yielded no averse outcomes for Americans aside from taxpayer waste. If our own government has failed to implement gun control under the guise of public health, then it can hardly be expected that the WHO or UN would have greater success. With regard to Climate Change, Congress has no qualms sneaking environmental regulation into fiscal legislation while states like California attempt to phase out internal combustion vehicles.
The fears people have are legitimate, but the written language of the treaty does not support the claims being made. The breed of malevolence that runs our NIH, FDA, and CDC is of the same type that oversees the WHO. Whether American or international, they are all in bed with large pharmaceutical corporations and various globalist interest, including Bill Gates. They were all in agreement just as they have been for the last two years. For decades, public health emergencies have served as a global racket for the powers that be to propagate pandemics in the pursuit of wealth, authority, and global influence. That is why globalist war game pandemics at international summits, including Event 201 in autumn of 2019. More recently, in November 2021 the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) strategized an outbreak of a Monkeypox strain on a timeline eerily similar to the current spread of monkeypox transpiring around the world.
Nothing changes with this treaty, at least not for Americans. Everything they are doing now, they will continue to do. They have already proven they can lock down entire nations without the WHO overtly pulling the strings. Governments and the WHO have already proven their willingness to conceal true origins of pandemics, which they were complicit in creation thereof. This treaty does nothing to restrict nations from engaging in pathogenic research that they have been doing for years under the false guise of pandemic preparedness, as it is really just bioweapons with vaccines. Just as they have, they will continue to deny the efficacy of early treatments in favor of patented, expensive treatments. Governments around the world have already violated bodily autonomy with toxic jabs and implemented coercive and discriminatory measures to effectuate their vaccine agenda. What do they need the WHO for?
Third World Dissidents
The real threat from this treaty is probably within the Third World, who are unfortunately subjugated to the medical experimentations of the WHO, NIH, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and other despicable actors. The amended provisions in the treaty would coerce third world nations to accept WHO assistance within a strict 48-hour timeline. Doubtless these offers of assistance would include monetary benefit with hefty strings attached. By adding a deadline, third world nations who are already economically wrought will be pressured to accept WHO proposals with limited time to course through the fine print.
Already Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has declared that he will not partake in this new treaty. A nation like Brazil is more likely to be effected by its updated terms than America. Several third world leaders who questioned the jab found themselves dead shortly thereafter and replaced by leaders favorable to the jabs. The most mysterious of circumstances being Haitian President Jovenel Moise, who was assassinated by a team of Colombians with CIA connections. I do not contend that all these leaders were murdered for their political stances, as I am not an expert on African politics, but the circumstances are suspicious. Whether conspiracy or truth, there will be pressure upon third world nations to accept any WHO recommendations forced upon them, but this is nothing new in the realm of medical experimentation.
Conclusion
It has all but been confirmed by the state as to the origins of the Covid Pandemic and evidence points to increasing inefficacy and toxicity to each of the prescribed remedies thrusted upon the nations via bureaucratic edict. The corruption of the global elites has been revealed for all with eyes and ears to discern. The media lies have only become exposed numerous times over, and the lines are clear between those who are NPC’s and those capable of rational thought. Our government funded the creation of the lab, covered up the outbreak, propped up cases via flawed, mass testing, suppressed early treatment for personal and corporate profits, and implemented mandates designed to initiate continual compliance.
Overall, this treaty is just fear porn for the right. Instead of dwelling on what global bureaucrats are plotting through international treaty, we should focus our efforts to ensuring that Never Again means Never Again, and this can only be achieved at the local level.
