Amnesty International Calls Out Ukraine’s Propaganda War Strategy

It’s unexpected that a globalist organization would push back against the Great Reset, but when the facts on the ground were overwhelming, they could not ignore this truth. Amnesty International told the plainly obvious truth. Ukraine is purposefully conducting military operations in high density civilian areas knowing that retaliatory strikes will increase the death toll and devastation. On August 4, Amnesty International reported their findings.

Ukrainian forces have put civilians in harm’s way by establishing bases and operating weapons systems in populated residential areas, including in schools and hospitals, as they repelled the Russian invasion that began in February, Amnesty International said today.

Such tactics violate international humanitarian law and endanger civilians, as they turn civilian objects into military targets. The ensuing Russian strikes in populated areas have killed civilians and destroyed civilian infrastructure.

In America, there exists a “Red Dawn” mentality, in which theoretical insurgents would flee to more favorable terrain, similar to Afghan insurgents. In Ukraine, the tactics are far closer to Hamas, the Palestinian terrorist organization which famously uses meat shields for its rocket launchers.

Most residential areas where soldiers located themselves were kilometres away from front lines. Viable alternatives were available that would not endanger civilians – such as military bases or densely wooded areas nearby, or other structures further away from residential areas. In the cases it documented, Amnesty International is not aware that the Ukrainian military who located themselves in civilian structures in residential areas asked or assisted civilians to evacuate nearby buildings – a failure to take all feasible precautions to protect civilians.

The report then goes on to provide examples of civilians harmed by retaliatory fired resulting from the Ukrainian military operating outside their homes.

Amnesty International researchers witnessed Ukrainian forces using hospitals as de facto military bases in five locations. In two towns, dozens of soldiers were resting, milling about, and eating meals in hospitals. In another town, soldiers were firing from near the hospital.

A Russian air strike on 28 April injured two employees at a medical laboratory in a suburb of Kharkiv after Ukrainian forces had set up a base in the compound.

American media was rife with stories about hospitals being bombed yet ignorant to the fact that hospitals were being used by Ukrainian forces, thus making them legitimate targets.

At 22 out of 29 schools visited, Amnesty International researchers either found soldiers using the premises or found evidence of current or prior military activity – including the presence of military fatigues, discarded munitions, army ration packets and military vehicles.

Russian forces struck many of the schools used by Ukrainian forces. In at least three towns, after Russian bombardment of the schools, Ukrainian soldiers moved to other schools nearby, putting the surrounding neighbourhoods at risk of similar attacks.

Additionally, targeting schools is negatively viewed by the public, but just like with many terrorist organizations, the Ukrainian military used schools to conduct their activity.

Amnesty International notes that Ukraine had alternative terrain to conduct operations, and it is well known how funded they are. Yet Ukraine consistently demonstrates a pattern of entrenching themselves in densely populated areas to invite urban warfare.

The Russian military is noted by Amnesty International for not taking Ukraine’s tactics into account with their weapons choices. They note that the Russians were using “banned” cluster bombs and incendiary weapons.

The Great Reset

In April, Evangelical Dark Web reported on how Volodymyr Zelenksy is a supporter of the Great Reset. As the World Economic Forum crowd has no scruples when it comes to inflicting human suffering to carry out an agenda, dead Ukrainians are just another brick in the wall in building a New World Order. As America was just waking up from the massive psyop of Branch Covidianism, they fell straight for this propaganda peddled by the same individuals.
