Turning Point USA, after developing a reputation for lasciviousness had turned to faith in their public branding. However, due to Charlie Kirk’s weak theology, this effort has been sloppy at best. This weak, Tuning Point USA Faith announced its annual pastors conference. The catch is there are hardly any pastors and there’s an atheist speaking at the supposedly Christian event.
James Lindsay has long been enriching himself off of the church on being one of many prominent voices against Critical Race Theory. However, the man has written multiple books decrying Christianity and has a still present animus against Christians.
In addition to being vehemently pro-abortion, he’s recently attacked Christian Nationalists as gnostics, not knowing what that word means. This week he called Christian reporter Megan Basham stupid for not understanding his his sophist ramblings about the Hegelian Dialect.
This problem has seemingly only gotten worse as Lindsay publicly feuds with Christians over petty nonsense because they don’t want to fall in line to his and Michael O’Fallon’s leadership to fight wokeism. O’Fallon is also an invited speaker at TPUSA Faith. The move to have Lindsay speak has not been well received. The original announcement tweet was ratio’d for this reason.
Who are you excited to hear from the most at our Pastors Summit in Nashville? 🤠⛪️

Genuine question: what do “Reformed biblicists” think about unbelievers speaking at conferences for pastors? pic.twitter.com/EiSQux4ZOD

Geesh. Lindsay recently went after Megan Basham and basically called her a dumb woman. https://t.co/lPWZOZoPU4

TPUSA Faith has a lot of potential, but it has never seemed to get out of the way of its own Zionist theology and grift.

Just that one twitter exchange shows me the guy is a total joker. Oh wow he knows about hegelian dialect. He should start a telegram group he’s so smart, then we wouldn’t fall for all the other side’s tricks.
As someone on the bill, I agree that TPFaith has lots of potential. And p.s. I’m not a zionist.
