Several months ago Evangelical Dark Web performed research on David Anderson because we foresaw that he was an up-and-coming figure in Big Eva. This was due to his signing of the Biologos Statement which encouraged Christians to get jabbed and fight information counter to Dr. Fauci’s guidance. Turns out, this anticipation has unfortunately come to pass. When we reported on him, he had a radio program. Now he’s debuted on Christian Post as an op-ed contributor.
On Tuesday, Christian Post debuted his first op-ed, David Anderson peddled his woke ministry called Gracism Global.
This new hope-filled identity also transforms our understanding of our own value and the value of others as image-bearers of God. We can see ourselves through His eyes — ambassadors of reconciliation, as though Christ Jesus were making His appeal through us to the world, as Paul shares in 2 Corinthians 5:20. We can make this appeal by showing the same unmerited favor Christ shows us to others regardless of, and sometimes because of, their color, class or culture — this is a concept I call Gracism.
Gracists show the physically, spiritually, ethnically, and socially homeless that they have a home in Christ. They lay aside their biases and preconceived notions to lift up and stand by others, to honor and celebrate them no matter how different they may be. Gracists cover the faults of their neighbors; they don’t put them on display for the world to see and judge. They consider others’ perspectives and desires, and they share their networks and resources with them. Gracists show the lost that they have a reason to hope, in spite of the seemingly hopeless circumstances around them.
What he doesn’t tell you is that his program imputes white people with guilt using Critical Race Theory.
In order for us to confront racism, collectively, we must first commit to uncovering where it still exists, personally. Whether in my private life, in systems I benefit from, in traditions I have become comfortable with, or in institutions where I have influence, like a cancer surgeon, I commit to identifying the pervasiveness of this painful reality, and I commit to remove this corruption until there is no trace left behind. I will not absolve myself from necessary introspection by making the blanket claim “I am not racist.” I recognize this will be a lifelong journey of Christ’s sanctifying work in my heart.
Christian Post has generally been above average compared to Christian media on homosexuality and transgenderism. They still defended Andy Stanley, though. However, hiring David Anderson would be a major step backwards for them. Evangelical Dark Web covered a sermon he performed summarizing it as follows:
David Anderson insists that he won’t perform marriage ceremonies for two dudes or celebrate homosexuality and transgenderism, but he talked at length about homosexual members of his church feeling comfortable under his preaching and leadership. Side b theology feigns adherence to the biblical sexual ethic, whereas side a does not. On paper Bridgeway Community Church feigns side b theology, but in practice, they are antinomian.

“Made in the image of God” Seems to be the latest talking point for the abomination promoters.
I hate to have to break it to them, but everyone who’s ever lived was made in the image of God, including the likes of Hitler, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot. Prisons are full of thieves, liars, cheats, murderers, all made in the image of God.
If that’s the best argument you’ve got, then you don’t have an argument.
The line is drawn at sin. That’s where God drew the line, and that line will never move.
You’re definitely on to something with the misuse of the imago Dei
