The popular couple behind the hit reality TV show “Fixer Upper” have enough of a public reputation for being Christian that their business dealings with Target have come under scrutiny amidst the latest attempt to boycott the company. Chip and Joanna Gaines have a company named Magnolia, which has a partnership deal with Target dating back to 2017.

In a tweet that garnered over 6.3 million views, Benny Johnson called out Chip and Joanna Gaines as “paragons of Christian entrepreneurs” yet their merchandize was displayed next to the grooming merchandize.
The question has been raised as to whether its ethical for Christian to continue doing business with a corporation like target. However, more relevant, the question has been raised as to whether the professing believers, Chip and Joanna Gaines agree with Target or the Bible.
