The disastrous handling of the allegations of sexual abuse against Mike Bickle continues to haunt the International House of Prayer, the organization that best embodies the heretical New Apostolic Reformation movement. In late October, IHOP proclaimed Mike Bickle’s guilt publicly before any sort of investigation, only for their initial findings to find that the accusers denied the allegations against Mike Bickle except for one. That accuser is said to be “partially credible,” but the allegation is of an event that took place 26 years ago. IHOP refuses to itemize what way Mike Bickle is accused of sinning. On Sunday, the continuing trend of lacking transparency during public announcements continued when IHOP announced a “third-party independent investigation.”
Putting aside the myth of an independent third party that is paid for by one of the parties, IHOP refused to name the firm. This changed when people associated with the so-called “Advocacy Group” leaked the information about the firm involved. Evangelical Dark Web received this leak, but we were not alone. IHOP put out another announcement on Monday night.

IHOP announced that Rosalee McNamara would be the lead investigator. She works for Lathrop GPM, a large law firm based in the Kansas City area. But like Guidepost Solutions, this large practice is very gay.
They even advertise their commitment internally and externally to Cultural Marxism, which includes their support for homosexuality and transgenderism.
At Lathrop GPM, diversity and inclusion are priorities. We are committed to an inclusive, client-focused workplace that reflects our passion, creativity and connectedness. Similarly, we strive to create workplaces that represent the communities we serve and where everyone is empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work. Lathrop GPM’s commitment to diversity and inclusion represents a firm core value.
“Lathrop GPM is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level, and in all aspects of our firm. We expect this commitment to be reflected not just in the professionals who make up our teams, but also in the way we interact with our clients, our communities, and one another.” – Cameron Garrison, Managing Partner
The firm is made up of individuals with entrepreneurial spirits and a broad range of backgrounds and experiences. Our culture is respectful of all people and aims to honor the uniqueness of every client, partner and employee.
Lathrop GPM provides equal employment and advancement opportunities to all attorneys and staff without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, age, ancestry, national origin, disability, veteran status, genetic information or any other legally protected status. We value the critical and collaborative thinking that result from a diverse workforce. And, we believe that these varied perspectives strengthen our ability to zealously represent our clients.
Ongoing diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, both internal and external, are supported at the highest levels. The firm has an active Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Committee comprised of attorneys and firm staff. The committee focuses on ensuring Lathrop GPM remains a supportive and encouraging environment for all attorneys and staff. The firm also offers inclusion networks for women, diverse employees, and LGBTQ community members and allies. Lathrop GPM also participates in a broad spectrum of programs and activities focused on promoting diversity throughout the legal profession and in our communities.
IHOP is hiring a pagan law firm to tell them whether Mike Bickle committed sexual sin. Hiring law firms to investigate and make judgments on ecclesiastical matters is a blatant violation of 1 Corinthians 6. Crimes should be investigated by the civil magistrate, but Mike Bickle is not yet accused of committing a crime despite the label sex abuse being thrown around with a MeToo redefinition.
When Guidepost Solutions infamously posted their support for sodomy, it rightly caused scandal within the Southern Baptist Convention. IHOP is doing the same exact thing.
Declining Credibility
Even though IHOP is contracting a pagan law firm and bending over backward to frame the issue for the MeToo Narrative, Mike Bickle’s accuser refuses to cooperate with the investigation. IHOP revealed that Lathrop GPM was the third choice and claimed that the accuser and her lawyers were holding up the process. They appear to be insisting on Guidepost Solutions to handle the investigation. Guidepost Solutions mishandled the Southern Baptist Convention and invited multiple lawsuits against them for defamation found in their report.
Mike Bickle has yet to confess to committing sex abuse despite confiding past indiscretions.
This is a developing story.

It’s also in violation of Duet. 19, and other scriptures. Both Duet. 19 and 1 Cor. 6 require that the one or more magistrate/mediator/investigator, whatever you want to call it, is “among you”, i.e. is a truly born again Christian as evidenced by fruit, and has diligence and wisdom enough to settle the disputes in a righteous and Godly manner.
It is important to understand and recognize that socialism requires presumption of guilt. And that is one of the most wicked and insidious aspects of it. In many ways it is preemptive and proactive, preventative punishment for crimes that haven’t been committed. That’s pretty much socialism in a nutshell.
Naturally they are just continuing down the same path they took when they preemptively punished him without first diligently and wisely inquiring into the matter.
“is there not one among you who is wise enough to settle these disputes … ?” Obviously not, and they proved that when they forsook Biblical due process from the start.
The point is not to say that he is innocent. I don’t know. The point is to beware of presumption of guilt. Beware of preemptive, proactive, preventative punishment based on nothing but suspicion. By whatever side, for whatever reason or cause, it feeds the same wicked beast. It’s one example where you can’t fight fire with fire.
so what you are saying is that as believing christians we should not buy groceries, clothing, visit restaurants, invest our money in banks and/or financial institutions, support education, support our military…basically live like hermits off the grid because ALL of these are supporting every kind of evil in the world.
I didn’t know grocery stores were making moral judgements of sin inside the church.
