Many politicians pretend to oppose wokeness but are merely posturing for votes or, more commonly, clout. But the truth is the politicians who claim to represent conservatism but are not themselves Christian have a shallow opposition to Cultural Marxism or the zeitgeist. Senator Tommy Tuberville of Alabama has gained a reputation for opposing wokeness in the military and going to great lengths to codify legislation on it.
But he would undermine his bona fides on this issue at CPAC where he would refer to Bruce Jenner as a woman.

The fuller context is not provided, only that Tuberville refers to Bruce Jenner as Caitlyn and uses “her” instead of “he.”
Apparently, he has a habit of this.
Senator @TTuberville “You know, I talk to Caitlyn Jenner about once a month and she is all against this. She is all against men playing in women’s sports. Because she knows, she understands.” Thank you for fighting for Title IX and @gregsteube in the House!

It’s worth noting that Bruce Jenner used his sexual fetish to compete in women’s sports before it was politically advantageous to oppose it, so he is not credible on this issue.
As for Tommy Tuberville, it’s clear that he supports transgenderism despite his posturing against other forms of wokeness. One would think a former football coach would not bow the knee to transgenderism, but such is not the case for Tuberville.
One Response
Most “conservative” leaders are okay with homosexuality and abortion, so it’s not surprising that they would give in to gender rebellion as well. Unfortunately.
