The criminal conviction of Josh Duggar has no more recourse left as the nation’s highest court has denied his appeal. The 19 Kids And Counting reality TV star, Josh Duggar gained national disgrace after it was discovered that he molested his younger sisters. This led to the cancellation of the series. In 2021 Josh Duggar was convicted of child pornography possession.
On Monday, the Supreme Court rendered a long list of denied requests which included Duggar’s appeal. However, Josh Duggar’s prison sentence has been modified and reduced by nearly 4 years, which is not related to the court decision.
Previously, Evangelical Dark Web reported his sentence getting quietly extended to last year from August 12, 2032 to October 2, 2032. But now his release is set for October 9, 2028.

I don’t see the point of letting Duggar out knowing the gravity of his disgusting crimes, even if they do let him out, besides the possibility of him re-offending, he’s not going anywhere in life, from what I can tell, if I’m correct:
1) Duggar will hopefully not be allowed to go back near his sister Jill, as she, besides disowning and severing contact from her parents, no doubt has filed a restraining order against him;
2) Duggar will have to register as a sex offender for life, according to Arkansas laws, no doubt a Level 3 or Level 4 Tier offender;
3) Though I don’t know if the Duggars used the Internet or not, he’ll be barred from accessing it as well as being barred from accessing, possessing or using a computer, smart phone, anything to connect him to the Internet without the approval, supervision and monitoring of a probation officer;
4) Duggar will have very limited housing options, and will permanently banned and not be able to enter, wander, loiter, nor live within 2000 feet (610 meters) from a playground, school, school bus stop, daycare, or any place where children and their families congregate (also including any elderly or disabled people who would be vulnerable to sex offenders);
5) Duggar will be virtually unemployable with no future job prospects due to the (rightful) societal stigma against pedophiles and sex offenders and sex offenders;
6) Duggar will not be able to vote in elections, without a pardon from Arkansas governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders (Republican);
7) And finally, taking 1 Corinthians 5:1-8 into account, Duggar (hopefully) will not be allowed into and permanently banned from all churches with the 2000 feet exclusion zone applying (see #4), Bible studies, church picnics, potluck dinners, missions, Christian bookstores, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter celebrations, etc., as he is a blight upon Christianity.
Josh has been in prison 3 years and counting
