Within British media, Piers Morgan is seen as a sort of centrist, “reasonable” type of figure. He is most certainly liberal but complains about the excess of wokeness which has infected Britain and the West. His YouTube show Piers Morgan Uncensored has 4.28 million subscribers and can regularly receive over half a million views for debate panels that often circulate viral clips. Within British mainstream media, he is one of the figures that has relevance in the US, which is why his interview with Tucker Carlson shed light on his perspective while outlining the inability of a classic liberal type like Morgan to understand the pitfalls of his beliefs. For the record, Morgan is identified as a Catholic but not a religious one.
The Tucker Carlson interview featured numerous viral debate clips including Morgan’s attempt to rationalize the rising rates of homosexuality in youth as a matter of acceptance rather than propaganda, pornography, and other socialization factors. At one point, Tucker tried to get Morgan to say faggot on camera after bringing up a woman in the UK being arrested for using the word.
Yet another viral moment was over the issue of demographic replacement happening in Britain, to which Morgan asks, “So what?” His indifference towards the notion that Britain will be a minority white country. During the interview, Morgan admits that the foreigners in Britain brought better food to London versus the 1980s, playing into a stereotype that British cuisine is awful.
Morgan has since been doubling down on the viral clips in the interview, expressing his affection for foreign cuisine.
The irony is that chicken tikka masala is not actually an Indian dish but was invented by the British while they were in India. Regardless, Morgan doubles down by saying there are a bunch of whites he would trade for a good bowl of curry.
This has been likened to the story of Esau, who sold his birthright to Jacob for a bowl of stew. As Genesis 25:34 records, “thus Esau despised his birthright.” This is because Esau did not consider that he had forsaken a spiritual blessing for something trivial and easily satisfied as hunger. The comparison is more accurate when one recalls CS Lewis’s The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe in which the character Edmund sells out his family for Turkish delight.
The nation is a birthright. This is the central issue of our time: whether we shall have nations or whether those nations will be replaced by subcontinental ethnicities who will inevitably collapse that which they could not build and cannot maintain. Like Esau, the foreigners cannot possibly appreciate the historical depth of either Britain or America. It is not their heritage. An Indian cannot understand nor appreciate the American founding the way one whose family goes back to the Mayflower can. They cannot have that connection to the past because it is not their history.
What makes Piers Morgan even worse than the foreigner is that he has that connection to the British heritage, and he will happily forsake it to foreigners for chicken tikka masala. Really, he says these things out of spite for the English. His politics do not allow him to love his people properly as he ought, but rather teach him the opposite. He is deracinated from the past; thus, he sees no problem with libertine living and widespread homosexuality plaguing his society, and the fact that London is no longer English.
Though technically Morgan is very early GenX, he is a spiritual boomer: one who will happily replace his countrymen with foreigners for cheaper labor, inflated real estate prices, and the food offerings of which the recipes are readily available. The spiritual boomer prefers tolerance over confrontation with harsh realities, particularly on matters of race and sex; thus, Morgan is averse to saying faggot in the same way Boomercons vote for tokens so they do not feel racist. Because the spiritual boomer views his own offspring as competition, this is why they prefer the foreigners to their own group and invert the teaching of Korban that Christ condemned to deny their children an inheritance.
The attitude of Piers Morgan is ubiquitous across the west where many blind themselves to the lasting damage that mass migration will have on the nations they leave behind when they eventually die. He oscillates between being semi-concerned to indifferent to outright glad that it is happening out of spite. This did not happen overnight but was accomplished by decades of social programming, where as Stephen Wolfe said, “white people are their own in-group’s out-group.” Deprogramming from anti-white socialization will be an uphill battle but is one that is necessary to save the West.
