Last week, Chris Rufo went viral for his bullish comments on the economy and for chastising young men for their unwillingness to work their way up in an industry, for which he used Panda Express as an example. It showcased a disconnect between people who value GDP and the working class. It also failed to point out the actual problems and solutions for Zoomers in these bearish economic times.
Economic Delusion
Using this image, Chris Rufo argues that America is at full employment. However, the measurement of unemployment was altered during the Obama Administration to make the government look better. Rufo chided:

Rufo compared this to his struggle to make over $50K by the age of 30. However, this fails to take into account hours worked and status. For a lot of us who struggle in the job market, this is a step-down, especially as the dubious promise of $70K has less buying power than prior to Covid. Moreover, it’s unlikely Panda Express is hiring assistant managers who are college graduates and not people who work in the restaurant industry already. So you would have to work your way up in this industry starting at near minimum wages. Simply put, this is a bad career strategy offered by Chris Rufo, and thus it became a meme.
Actual Zoomer Advantages and Disadvantages
Chris Rufo misunderstands the advantages that Zoomers have over previous generations. The biggest advantage is that Zoomers have access to democratized investment strategies. Buying stock has never been easier. Previous generations had to call a stock broker and hope he was not scamming them on a dog stock. Zoomers can invest in Nvidia on their phones. Thus Zoomers have the ability to build wealth through investment, better than prior generations.
However, Zoomers are disadvantaged when it comes to cash flow. The job market favors H1Bs, automation, fake job listings, and the diminishing value of college degrees does not offer any real advantages. Owning a house might not require a large down payment anymore, but the youth face high principal and medium interest rates.
The Zoomer Work Ethic
Many Zoomers are lazy. There does appear to be less drive to find work, find love, or even get a driver’s license. This is not all Zoomers, of course. But I know examples of Zoomers who don’t have jobs and aren’t going to college. Young people grow up and want to be podcasters because this is a high-status career, which is indicative of an unwillingness to work hard.
However, in a nation where hard work is not rewarded like it once was, where hoes can make millions on Only Fans, the comfort of affluent families, and the bleak economic outlook, some young people are prone to despair or dooming as they would say.
Solutions
We need to disincentivize college and encourage young people to start businesses, learn trades, learn sales, and give early access to the plethora of investing opportunities. We need to remove child labor laws, so that the youth can learn to work at a younger age. This way, being the assistant manager at Panda Express is not the height of one’s career.

We need mass deportations of Indians because they’ve taken all the tech jobs. The ending of all Hindu-1B visas, and the deporting of all anchor babies born since 1950. That will solve the problem. Actual Americans will be able to find high paying jobs again, and the housing prices will come down because less mud creatures that pass as “people” trying to take them up before the real humans can get them. And we need to ultimately find a way to ban women from tech jobs so they cannot make as much as men and will be in need of marrying a man to survive, which will incentivize marriage. AND to ban alimony 100%; if a woman initiates a divorce, make her have to work at Panda Express (remember, women will be banned from tech jobs), not live off her ex-husband.
Also, so long as our land is taken over by orcs, why breed? This is where boomer and gen x are both retarded. Even animals know not to breed in captivity. Whites breeding in mud people captivity are only breeding for their children to be abused and enslaved by brown bioweapons. How many maangers at Panda Express at each site? 3-5? How many workers who make min wage or abouts? I rest my case
For 100K a year, thats 1923 a week. How much is that in a daily wage? 100k/365 = 274 Dollars a day if that was an 8 hour day no OT, well that would be 34.25 an hour. Aint no way that’s a service job. Not even close. let’s assume12 hours of OT x + .5 X = … my math says that’s an avearge of 34.97 per effective hour. ot hours count at 1.5 rate. I don’t know any restaurant that reimburses its main line employees to that tune. what a joke.
