Internet personality and professing Christian, Elijah Schaffer, dropped some shocking news on the evening of October 31, 2025, announcing that Pastor Joel Webbon (Right Response Ministries) would be joining Rift TV as a host of a brand new show.
Pastor Webbon made a few appearances already on the network, which made a lot of news at the time. Elijah is considered persona non grata in Conservative Inc, mostly due to “MeToo” allegations against him from when he was employed by BlazeTV. This incident resulted in his firing. These accusations are rather spurious, and due to an NDA, Schaffer is prevented from commenting on the matter at all. One of his former colleagues leaked the story to another outlet in order to shame him and cancel him. There are very good reasons to doubt the official narrative, even if Schaffer has a degenerate history.
Schaffer has come back strong with his new venture RiftTV, a political commentary channel that covers the news from a far right perspective. Braeden Sorbo (son of Christian actor Kevin Sorbo) is a frequent guest, and Joel Webbon has had a very positive influence on Elijah from a spiritual perspective, since appearing on the program.
