DOJ Task Force Releases Sweeping Report on Anti-Christian Bias In The Biden Administration

Ever since Pam Bondi was relieved of duty, the Department of Justice has been delivering regular wins for the American people. On April 30, 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice under President Trump announced the publication of a major report by the Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias. Titled in alignment with Executive Order 14202 (issued February 2025), the document details what it describes as a “consistent and systematic pattern” of anti-Christian bias across the federal government during the prior administration. The 200-page report, supported by over 1,100 footnotes and more than 300 pages of exhibits, was produced through an interagency effort involving 17 federal departments and agencies.

The Task Force, chaired by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, was explicitly tasked with reviewing prosecutions, policies, and practices that allegedly infringed on Christians’ free exercise of religion—particularly in areas involving life, family, marriage, education, and medical decisions. Acting AG Blanche stated: “No American should live in fear that the federal government will punish them for their faith. As our report lays out, the Biden Administration’s actions devastated the lives of many Christian Americans. That devastation ended with President Trump.”

Examples of Anti-Christian Bias in DOJ During the Biden Administration

The Biden DOJ aggressively opposed concerned parents through the October 2021 memo from Attorney General Merrick Garland, a Jew, directing federal resources toward investigating parents at local school board meetings who opposed certain curricula or policies on gender and race. The report cites this as an enforcement authority misused against parents defending their children’s safety and upbringing.

Immediately after taking office, the Biden DOJ moved to mandate gender ideology across the federal government, exceeding the Supreme Court’s narrow Bostock v. Clayton County (2020) ruling on employment discrimination. A Trump-era memo respecting traditional views on marriage and gender was rescinded. Internal discussions reportedly labeled religious exemptions related to gender ideology as “harmful conduct” subject to regulation. The DOJ pushed an expansive Bostock interpretation in amicus briefs and treated objections as discrimination.

The report also references fines against Christian universities, restrictions on girls’ sports, conscience protections in healthcare, and exclusion of faith-based groups from public programs.

Seventeen agencies contributed findings, including the Departments of State, Labor, Health and Human Services (HHS), Education, Homeland Security, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). This reveals bias extended beyond the DOJ into workplace rules, healthcare mandates, education policy (ie, Title IX interpretations), and even international religious freedom posture. The report draws on internal emails, prosecutorial memos, and case files from the Biden Administration’s paper trail.

The report notes downstream impacts on adoption/foster care (faith-based agencies pressured to affirm gender ideology), military and VA policies, and Christian higher education. These areas received less media attention but could affect entire sectors of civil society. Given how much government funds were needed to shift the American church to embrace any amount of Critical Race Theory, it’s fascinating that the report notes the long term institutional intention of the Biden Administration’s stances towards Christian higher education.

The report is an authoritative confirmation of what Christians perceived as obvious under the Biden Administration.

  1. Hopefully the present Admin. leaves a precedent that others can follow. The four long years of “always winter and never Christmas” under the Biden Admin. Is enough of an indication that something as devilish could pop up again.
