The death of Pope Francis is a monumental development in the world of Christianity, and all believers have a vested interest in who the next Pope will be because of the influence of the office will have ramifications on both politics and theology. The influence of the subversive Pope Francis was major in terms of Europe’s willingness to be invaded by the third world. And since Pope Francis consecrated a supermajority of the conclave who will select his successor, the odds of the next Pope being decent are slim to none, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t submit our best ideas.
Calvin Robinson
Calvin Robinson doesn’t believe in the Papacy but practically adheres to the doctrines they otherwise have. This makes him a compatible choice. Additionally, he is a major voice against the scourge of Islam plaguing the planet and would bring the Vatican back to its medieval glory in this crucial way. Robinson is the only non-American on this list.
Mel Gibson
Mel Gibson would be my personal favorite choice here. He’s crazy enough to straighten out the loose bishops and can’t get canceled a second time, so he’d be completely free to say whatever he wants, ex cathedra. The memes would be glorious.
Bishop Josheph E Strickland

Yes, there’s one actual Papist on this list. Joseph Edward Strickland, born October 31, 1958, in Fredericksburg, Texas, was ordained a priest in 1985 for the Diocese of Dallas and later incardinated into the newly formed Diocese of Tyler in 1987. Appointed by Pope Benedict XVI in 2012, he served as the Bishop of Tyler until his removal in 2023.
Strickland opposed Francis’s efforts to make the Church more inclusive, particularly toward homosexuals and women in governance roles. He called the Synod on Synodality a “travesty” and accused Francis of promoting relativism, notably citing a September 2023 statement by Francis that “all religions are paths to God” as a denial of Catholic faith. This is my most seriosu suggestion. After all, he looks the part.
Conclusion
If the Papist conclave heeds my suggetions, they will set off a Catholic recruitment unlike any has been seen in recent history, completely capitalizing on the Bro Revival. I doubt they would do this, for many reasons, among them, the Vatican’s urge to compromise on sodomy.

One Response
Personally I would prefer the conclave declare Jan Hus was right after all and disband the office of the papacy.
