Vivek Ramaswamy made a name for himself in American politics, running a vanity presidential campaign in 2024. This landed him a short stint in the Trump Administration before he launched gubernatorial ambitions in Ohio. Vivek Ramaswamy, despite his eligibility to run for President, has long only cosplayed as an American, and it shows.
Part of the Ramaswamy falling out with MAGA and America First was his insistence on defending the H1B visa program being on Team Musk when Elon Musk and MAGA had a falling out earlier this year. Musk has since announced intentions to launch a political party focused on fiscal responsibility and unlimited visas.
Enter Zohran Kwame Mamdani, the Democrat mayoral candidate for New York. He is a foreigner who has made taking from the rich a campaign promise. Likewise, in Minneapolis, Omar Fateh has received the Democrat endorsement to fun for mayor.
Ramaswamy took to chastise the right for pointing out the obvious. Ramaswamy states:
The problem with [Mamdani] isn’t his ethnicity, it’s his socialist worldview & economic agenda. We shouldn’t fall into the left’s trap: when you make his heritage the issue, the other side wins because they no longer have to defend their destructive policies.
The problem with Ramaswamy’s advice is that it does not work. Discussing policy is fine, but it only goes so far. MAGA was a successful movement because it went for something deeper than policy: identity. America currently faces an identity crisis. What does it mean to be an American? Vice President JD Vance has on multiple occasions stated that America is a people and a place. And this view is what defines the right from the liberals in the Republican Party.
Politics is deeper than ideas. Last week, we discussed how Spencer Klavan’s ideas were irrelevant because he was a professed Christian sodomite. Visceral disgust is more powerful than the perfectly crafted argument.
Not quite as disgusting, but Americans should feel contempt at the idea of being ruled by a foreigner, at any level. Republicans have been debunking socialism for over a decade, but this doesn’t win elections.
It is plainly obvious why Zohran Mamdani is a socialist. It’s because he’s a foreigner. He has no connection to the United States, no heritage. So to him, America is merely an economic zone, and his platform is based on enriching people like him.
This is what happens when developed nations import the third world. In Rhodesia, African migrants moved into cities and refused to work while breeding like rabbits and living off welfare. The society collapsed and has never recovered.
What happened in Rhodesia is what will happen to America if foreigners are made to rule over us. Vivek Ramaswamy plays with rightwing rhetoric, but ultimately wants to import more of his countrymen who will vote in league for socialism.
Mamdini is a socialist because of his heritage, one that did not build America. This is plainly obvious. As for Heritage American socialists, it took well-funded propaganda and indoctrination to turn generations of youths into hardcore liberals. This did not occur organically. But a third-worlder coming to America to leech off the system is all too common. The visceral xenophobia is significantly stronger than a well-crafted treatise against socialism, but this would naturally include Ramaswamy, too.

It would include JD Vance’s family as well, as his children are Indian.
Did anyone actually say the problem with his ethnicity rather than his religion? No. Muslims must all be deported. And Hindus need to be deported too. We don’t worship a multi-armed elephant in America.
