Elijah Schaffer is the oft edgy right wing influencer who was fired from the Blaze. Nevertheless, after that, he remained present in discourses, even while living in Australia. His content has produced several viral moments over the years and shifted discourse in a rightward direction. He has bounced around different startup media companies, Gateway Pundit, and his more recent RiftTV.
As someone who has watched a lot of Schaffer over the last 6 years, albeit not recently, he was always someone you knew had a degenerate background but was trying to do and be better. On numerous occasions, he claimed he would start taking faith more seriously and encourage his audience to do the same. Like Jesse Pinkman, Elijah Schaffer was someone you wanted to root for.
RiftTV, his latest YouTube channel, only has 17.2k subs, and its videos perform decently well. Nevertheless, it was suspect how he was able to fund a lavish lifestyle off of these numbers. Additionally, RiftTV was a venture with enough backing to bring on additional talent, raising the question of where the money came from and how a return on investment was possible. Although not a complete answer, Schaffer was one of the influencers who appeared to have taken money from the Indian lobby.
The New Egirl On The Block
Although Sarah Stock seemingly came out of nowhere off the coattails of Elijah Schaffer, her prior affiliations include Rebel News and the Babylon Bee. Rift TV’s early content includes events like a controversial NYU panel in April 2025 featuring Stock as a reporter. This was suspicious from the start as Elijah Schaffer, after his falling out with Sidney Watson, swore off working with women. So that he would go back on his word was suspicious.
Stock was young, blonde (dyed), pretty, and adopting a traditional aesthetic, making her a marketable influencer on the right. But her personal life was anything but. Milo Yiannopoulos broke the sordid details wide open on social media on February 3, none of the details have yet to be disputed.
Beginning February 2025, Elijah Schaffer, a married man, began having a sexual relationship with Sarah Stock that included multiple pregnancy scares and an alleged abortion. This persisted until August, when Sarah Stock announced her engagement to Will Setka, a Liberty University graduate and political organizer for Community Action Network. Stock was a catch who could demand a high status right wing man, but only if none find out about her harlotry. Her engagement went viral at the time, with many egirls attacking and defending her.
In January 2026, Sarah Stock and Will Setka marry. They even travel to the Vatican for a papal blessing from Pope Leo XIV, which Stock shares publicly on social media, captioning it “Highly recommend getting your marriage blessed by the Pope.” Stock changes her last name to Setka online.
Elijah’s Crashout
In January, Elijah Schaffer and his wife would split with each filing for divorce in different states (Florida and Texas, respectively). But on social media, Schaffer would allege a conspiracy. A couple of since-deleted posts on X: the first: “I am a victim of serious targeted felony crimes. I am not suicidal. They have kidnapped my family. They have stolen my money. I will bring justice. I need the public to know. I am in Virginia. The government is aware. I believe the FBI is trying to destroy my life & kill me.” The second: “I do not know where my wife and kids are and I cannot get ahold of them. They are filed as missing persons. They have gone missing. Last enforcement confirms someone in my household set me up. They planted drugs and said I was a criminal. This will be a public trial by the FBI.”
After the revelation, Schaffer would take to social media to admit to going through a divorce and fire back at Milo Yiannopoulos.

Schaffer would go on to frame his adultery as being heterosexual and a matter of having a working penis.
Current Status
The status of the Setka household is unclear. Sarah deleted her X account, although her YouTube channel with 14k subs remains.Â
Elijah Schaffer’s personal life is notoriously a mess. This was not the first time he’s committed adultery on his wife. Despite claiming to be a new convert, not the first time he’s made this claim, Schaffer lacks a penitent spirit to match his supposedly repentant one. And he appears poised to milk his scandal for what it’s worth in a next level grifter move.

It’s an obvious pattern: Pastor’s kid does a Billy Graham “sinner’s prayer” move and influences people to “go back to church”, then does a Catholic marriage to continue their dad’s legacy by grifting.
I’ve never seen them go (ana)baptist like they did back in the days, when (re-)conversion actually meant something, especially when it meant baptism. Especially re-baptism after infant baptism means you are now in a very small group, that never gets blessed by some pope, because you now just violated his policy. That’s never going to happen for a grifter.
