It is not becoming to wish death on anyone, nor is it becoming to celebrate the life of a civil magistrate with the abysmal record and character as Lindsey Graham. Graham’s death was a shock on Sunday morning. The South Carolina Senator was just on one of his frequent trips to Ukraine the day before.
As far as the state of South Carolina is concerned, Lindsey Graham was as liberal a Republican as such a red state could send to the Senate. Dubbed “Grahamnesty” by Rush Limbaugh, Graham placed American citizens last and the interests of foreign lobbies first. He faithfully served the Israelis and the Ukrainians, but also served America’s military-industrial complex. There was scarcely a war he did not want to plunge America into.
Although his submissive affection to Donald Trump has altered the perception, Graham died a wicked ruler. “And when the wicked perish, there is joyful shouting.” Sic semper tyrannus.
