Greg Locke’s Church Vandalized With Burnt Bibles

During the early morning of Resurrection Sunday at Greg Locke’s Global Vision Bible Church, an individual set a trailer of bibles ablaze in the parking lot.

On Facebook, Greg Locke stated the following:

Happy Resurrection Sunday. This morning at 6:00AM our security cameras caught a man dropping off a trailer in the middle of the intersection and blocking the road into our church. He then got out and set fire to an entire trailer full of Bibles right in front of our church. There was a lady that had driven through the night to get to our church and she was in the parking lot and was able to get the police officers here quickly, but it was quite the scene to wake up to on my first morning back from Israel. Had to block traffic in all directions but they are almost finished cleaning it up. It’s going to be a great day in the Lord. The enemy is already [defeated]

Greg Locke Bible Burning

After local police and fire departments responded to the fire, the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office released the following statement:

Suspicious trailer fire causes road closure at Old Lebanon Dirt Road and Chandler Road on Easter Sunday

Around 6am this morning, the Mt. Juliet Police Department and Fire Department swiftly responded to a trailer fire located at the intersection of Old Lebanon Dirt Road and Chandler Road.

Upon arrival, it was confirmed that the trailer fell within our jurisdiction. The fire was promptly extinguished by the diligent efforts of the Mt. Juliet Fire Department. Following the containment of the fire, Wilson County Sheriff’s Office deputies and detectives assumed control of the investigation.

The trailer, containing bibles, had been dropped off in the middle of the intersection and then intentionally set on fire. To uphold the integrity of the ongoing investigation, other specific details cannot be provided at this time. However, we assure the community that further updates will be shared at the appropriate juncture.

We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of the community during this period. The safety and security of our residents remain our utmost priority.

Anyone who may have additional information and/or camera footage is urged to contact the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office at 615-444-1459.

Analysis

Some comments speculate that this is a publicity stunt by Greg Locke, but the more likely explanation is that this was motivated by pure hatred of Christ, as burning Bibles is more sacrilegious than attributing every spiritual problem to the demonic realm and dollar store exorcisms. It also cannot be overlooked that Biden proudly announced that Resurrection Sunday would be “Transgender Day of Visibility” in an ultimate display of blasphemy. In the same state as Audrey Hale, it would be unsurprising that the same forces were behind the Bible burning.

Regardless of what one thinks of Greg Locke’s church and his “deliverance” ministry, the Spirit of the Age does not make distinctions between the real church and the false church, for the beast hates the harlot all the same.
