The state of Louisiana made history becoming the first state in America to mandate the Ten Commandments be placed in public school classrooms.
The new law gives an exact text of the commandments and opts not to number them uniting Christians who may number them differently.
This law comes after the Southern Baptist Convention lobbied against legislating that abortion was murder in the state of Louisiana. But irony aside, this is still a good law as public schools are a major cultural battlefield.
