Clear Truth Media Removes Calvin Robinson From Upcoming Conference

The controversy surrounding Calvin Robinson’s hostilities with Protestants took a turn. With all of the focus on the Right Response Ministries conference, the inaugural Clear Truth Media Conference has made the move to disinvite Calvin Robinson.

Robinson announced:

My invitation to speak at the Clear Truth event in March has been rescinded. As I understand it, my theology is too catholic. Unity amongst Christians cannot be focused on being anti-Catholic. It will not bear good fruit. I wish them well. Dangerous friends, indeed.

Michael Foster, a contributor to Clear Truth Media, responded by stating:

The vision and values of ClearTruth include this: “We call what we are doing post-denominationalism. This is not ecumenism but instead unity within the evangelical church. This is not about compromising core convictions as much as it is choosing to unify around even deeper convictions.” ClearTruth Media (CTM) is about building unity within the evangelical Protestant world. You have labeled a significant portion of this world as heretical, after which we discovered that you are part of the Nordic Catholic Church. This was all news to us. While we are thankful for your courage and firm stance in many areas, you ultimately fall outside the particular mission of ClearTruth. We’ll continue support you wherever we can.

Clear Truth Media asserts that they were unaware of Calvin Robinson’s association and view that Calvin was a heretic. Foster asserts that they did not know his views prior to his recent comments, and adds that it is Calvin Robinson’s actions fall outside of the post-denominational mission of Clear Truth Media.

Jamie Bambrick, the editor-in-chief of Clear Truth Media added:

I like Calvin Robinson. But if he calls Protestants heretics, that’ll get rightly called out at the conference, and would disrupt what we are going for. Namely, not shouting at people we like that they are heretics.

Believing the juice is not worth the squeeze, Brambrick contributed to this decision.

  1. It was a big mistake on their part. They simply signaled that the Calvinists don’t want a broad collation Christian Nationalism but a disgusting Geneva-style theocracy where they will burn other Christians at the stake for not holding the vile doctrines from hell that Satan unleashed upon the world through Calvin. I anathematize all who teach that God predestined or predetermined all that happens including rapes of children as Calvin and James White teach; may the Lord kill them all NOW and broil them in hell. All they have done is shown that Calvinists are in fact incompatible with a Christian Nation because they are Satanists.

  2. I’m also angered over Steven Wolfe’s video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEX9JEa-WCQ where he argues that Calvinists have the right to force us all to sit through a disgusting Satanic Calvinist liturgy of predesination hogwash from Satan’s Ass, because Calvin said liberty of conscience doesn’t mean you get to worship according to your interpretation of Scripture but that you have to sit through his brainwashing session and only have liberty to disagree in your heart but must pretend to be a Calvinist outwardly or be burned at the stake, and Wolfe is ok with that. The Calvinist version of Christian Nationalism is DEAD. You are finished faggots. Its time the real Christians take over.

  3. I think it’s always been clear that most Calvinist Christian Nationalist are fighting for a specifically Calvinistic government and would punish not just Catholics but almost all Protestants for heresy if they ever actually were in power. It’s why none of these Christian Nationalist movements matter. Even I’d rather be rule over by atheist than these guys, the atheist are less likely to throw me in prison. And now with woke wars, it obvious, they can’t even get along with each other. “Christian Nationalism” is just a big live action roleplaying game were Christians can play like they are planning the future government.

  4. Mike – The United States was a Calvinist Christian Nationalist project and for the most part has not imprisoned Catholics or other Protestants. Athiest governments in Russia and China killed over 100 million people last century, and definitely threw Christians in prison. Be careful what you wish for.

Dave S – if God hasn’t predestined all things, you are saying there’s things out of God’s foreknowledge or control? Or He did know it, could’ve stopped it and allowed it happen? Predestination doctrine acknowledges He knew in advance and allowed it. No matter what way you choose it’s wrestling with the problem of evil. None of the ways impugn God’s justice, but some impugn His power.

  5. @EcumenicalReformed, The Bible shows God doesn’t know the future entirely but only what he intended with regard to bringing the Messiah into the world, as he repents of creating man and rereprents of that by saving 8 people and rebooting humanity rather than wiping it out. The idiots claiming he knew everything all along including all of everyone’s choices are denying the Bible for some stupid Roman Catholic feces from Augustine’s black butt hole.
