The Presbyterian Church USA at the Presbytery level ratified an amendment to its constitution that squashed efforts to reconquer the historic denomination for Christ this week when the last of the necessary presbyteries ratified an amendment against discrimination towards homosexuals in church practice. Amendment 24A is part of two amendments aimed at retaining liberal hegemony in perpetuity.
Amendment 24 adds “gender identity” and “sexual orientation” to the Book of Order’s foundational statement on non-discrimination. This section in the PCUSA constitution currently reads:
The unity of believers in Christ is reflected in the rich diversity of the Church’s membership. In Christ, by the power of the Spirit, God unites persons through baptism regardless of race, ethnicity, age, sex, disability, geography, or theological conviction. There is therefore no place in the life of the Church for discrimination against any person. The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) shall guarantee full participation and representation in its worship, governance, and emerging life to all persons or groups within its membership. No member shall be denied participation or representation for any reason other than those stated in this Constitution.
This added language would codify gay rights in the PCUSA, preventing homosexuals from being denied access to childress spaces or communion. 24A needed 84 presbyteries to pass and currently stands at 87. Only 8 presbyteries voted against it.

Proof that Credo-Baptists are superior to baby baptizers. Every church that’s gone gay is a baby baptizing church. The RCC included; RZ don’t forget the pope blesses gays.
