Russell Brand’s faith conversion story has been interesting to watch because he has veered from rather deep theological understandings to New Age ideology in a short period of time. But in the last update on Brand, he was defending gay and Islamic rights. This was a massive compromise and rather treacherous for a British man to oppose persecuting the Mohammedans in their homeland. Moreover, Russell Brand’s views on homosexuality appeared compromised, something that a recent video expands upon.
Russell Brand published this video on X stating:
America is gonna have to start having more open conversations regarding the LGBTQ+ community.

He loves ALL of us and died for ALL of us.
The United States of America, I reckon the one thing you lot have to start having a sort of pretty open conversation about is how you are going to accommodate this variety of perspectives. It can’t be with a continual amplification of hate and the insistence that the other side just disappears. So if you are a nativist, patriot, Christian, lover of America and a pro-Trump person, then I guess partly what you could do is figure out, how can we accommodate the LGBTQ?+ folks, and people that care a great deal about trans rights, because I know that this Jesus would care about that. Jesus does care about that. Jesus loves all of us, forgives all of us, died for all of us, wants all of us redeemed. There is no pathway through this mess via the culture. Are you getting that now? Because I really have got it I have received that message.
Russell Brand believes that Christians will need to accomodate homosexuals and transvestites. He stressed that it’s not a zero-sum game where one simply doesn’t have to exist in society, but this understanding is incorrect. Jesus does not grant a right to sodomize a man’s butthole. Moreover, Leviticus 20 teaches that homosexuality is a death penalty offense.
Russell Brand believes that Christians need to accommodate homosexuals and other degenerates, but the role of the civil magistrate is to punish evil and reward good.
Brand’s shift on homosexuality frames his “new ways of understanding scripture” comments in a more sinister light, because these ideas are a creative way to deliver heresy to those who did not bend the knee to the Rainbow Jihad before.

As with many celebrity conversions I was cautiously optimistic, but Brand clearly does not have aanyone in his corner really guiding him in the word, he talks like he know stuff, but its clear he’s pulling from human understanding and not the word. It’s sad to see him end up in this situation, but I don’t regret removing him from my feeds.
I think he was targeted by British authorities for his Christian beliefs and his anti-lockdown thoughts. They got to him and now with his back to the wall he decided to cave. You can’t appease the woke mob.
