Last week a video from a dating show that featured Mormons looking for love went viral because social media saw the epitome of why travel (as a substitute for a personality) is a red flag. Many disagreed with this assessment, but in 47 seconds of travel girl introducing herself foreshadowed much worse things to come.
In a compilation crafted by our friend Defiant Baptist, we see Rylie shoot her shot and admit to witchcraft.
Thousands of men and women spoke out in favor of Rylie from the Mormon dating show, blaming the men who rejected her as being immature and no fun.

But Rylie actually kept shooting her shot during the rest of the episode. How did that go? Not great, Bob. 😳 pic.twitter.com/5pi1cHQbNt
In the compilation, the earlier mentions of theme parties came up, and the last party she went to was a witch party with many candles and a presentation on practicing spells.
The fuller context, beyond an introductory pitch, showed that travel was a red flag, as the bros said. In the end, Rylie chalks up her lack of success to “confidence” despite sounding extremely anxious the entire time.
I do love being on the side of the reasonable Latino, AD Robles, who quipped, “It’s not easy being right all the time.” Robles was an early adopter to seeing travel as a red flag. Sometimes, you have to say I told you so, because so many doubted the red flags from the first impression.
