The death of Charlie Kirk has brought out the eccentric personalities, and while Candace Owens has certainly attracted the most attention by inserting herself into Kirk’s life despite witnesses dismissing their relationship and her lack of appearance at Kirk’s funeral. Otherwise, Glenn Beck has been unwittingly disrespectful, first comparing Kirk to a civil rights leader, despite Kirk calling the Civil Rights Act a mistake in one of his final interviews. Now he’s comparing Kirk to Joseph Smith.

Glenn Beck spoke to Josh McPherson, pastor at Dream City Church, a multicampus megachurch stretched across the American southwest. Dream City Church did have ties to Kirk despite being theologically liberal.
Joseph Smith. I know we disagree, I know we disagree on theology, but I would have to throw in, because I thought about this. Joseph Smith and Charlie Kirk are probably the only Christian martyrs in American history.
Josh McPherson takes the preemptive disagreement as license to let Glenn Beck treat Smith as a martyr before bringing up Jim Elliot as a contrast for not dying on American soil.
Joseph Smith, the founder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, died on June 27, 1844, in Carthage, Illinois. He was killed by a mob while imprisoned in Carthage Jail. Smith and his brother Hyrum were awaiting trial on charges of treason and inciting a riot after ordering the destruction of an anti-Mormon newspaper, the Nauvoo Expositor. An armed mob of about 200 men, with faces painted black, stormed the jail. Hyrum was shot first and died almost immediately. Joseph Smith was shot multiple times as he attempted to escape through a window, falling to his death. Smith was 38 years old at the time. The pivotal moment in Mormon history led to the rise of Brigham Young.
Glenn Beck’s comparison will fall flat as long as the claims of Joseph Smith lack evidence.

Charlie Kirk was a foolish Dispensational Zionist who was awakening to the evil of Israel, Netanyahu and the freemasonic brotherhood. Gaza is a genocide. The goyim know what Five Dancing Israelis were doing on 9-11. The goyim know who attempted to murder all the men on the U.S.S. Liberty.
I was once a dispensationalist, as so many Christians are raised to be in this country. He was a brave man, even if he had some blind spots, which he was gradually getting over. He may, like Samson, have a greater victory in death than all the victories of his life.
