@anonymoustips That letter is just political propaganda by secular boomers dressed in Christianese and has likely been crafted by an AI. You can feed it back into an AI chatbot, tell it redress it in Muslim language. It will read exactly the same, just referring to Allah and Mohamed. AI is great at generating “arguments” that sound totally plausible at the surface.
The key as a follower of the triune God is to not fall for that whole “fellow Christians” spiel. Don’t let them attach the label “Christian” to you. This is a secular label based on the understanding of religious pluralism. The Bible is not accepting nor submitting to religious pluralism (just as any other real religion). Anyone who does is following the civil religion and going to hell.
You never win by letting anyone drag you to their playing field (“grave spiritual danger”, “this trial has come”, “signs are clear and abundant”, “moment of moral and spiritual crisis”). You win by simply rejecting the worldview entirely and them engage the political debate on completely secular grounds. The Unites States is a secular country and any political conflict like many others can be resolved by civilized secular means. If people start bringing in their religion, it means they lost the civil debate.
