Conservative commentator Matt Walsh is no stranger to contrarian takes in the Con Inc. ecosystem. He is willing to deviate from his employer and colleagues on a myriad of issues, but his desire to end all foreign aid (including to Israel) is what makes him a bit of a black sheep among his peers. Add to that his views on Shiloh Hendrix, and Walsh may find himself on an island. Please read this article if you need background information on this controversy.
On 5/5/2025, Matt Walsh delivered an excellent monologue on the Shiloh Hendrix saga wherein he described everything that happened to her, followed by the broader implications of this story. In Walsh’s opinion, Shiloh’s defiance of the cancel culture mob and the ensuing avalanche of support for her marked a sea change for how society may respond to these incidents going forward. Because if the offending party has the chance of becoming insanely rich, that will disincentivize the mob from trying to destroy said person.
Matt does not approve of Shiloh’s vulgar language towards the child, but he does not condemn her for it. The young boy has no doubt heard that word many times in the past from his own family, after all. And Walsh rightly points out that the black community is more upset about a racial epithet than it was an actual stabbing (i.e., Karmelo Anthony). He says that the racial double standard is over the use of the magic word. White people aren’t going to play this game anymore. If black people do not want white people to use this word, they need to stop using it themselves. And the use of that magic word can no longer be used as a justification for violence or doxing.
Finally, just as a side note, Matt Walsh gave a shoutout to fellow YouTuber Mark Dice. Dice is a long-time Trump supporter, a noticer, and an outspoken critic of Zionism, The Daily Wire, and especially Ben Shapiro. We find it very curious that Matt would drop Mark’s name in a video, given this history. By boldly doing so, Matt Walsh may find himself on the outside looking in of Con Inc. Perhaps that’s what he’s really after, in the end.

If the blacks are gonna defend literal murderers just because they’re black then Whites (at the very least) have to defend any White person who calls a black the n-word. Its basic logic. Why it didn’t hit after OJ and had to wait for Karmelo is the question.
