The nation came to a halt on Saturday as Donald Trump was shot at on live TV during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Trump was merely grazed while a bystander was killed. The shooter took several shots and Trump only came away bleeding at the ear. The shooter was identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks.
Witnesses told BBC news that the shooter, Crooks, army crawled on top of a building that placed him within hundreds of yards from where Trump was speaking.
The building was the most opportune spot to have taken a shot, and the gunman missed his mark. Witnesses say they alerted police and Secret Service to get their attention about the gunman before he fired but were ignored.

Little is known about Crooks at this time, although he might have donated to Joe Biden in 2021.
A Secret Service countersniper killed him on sight. Donald Trump was seen leaving the hospital after leaving the rally in a triumphant posture.
