Sometimes social media will surprise you in that a meme you posted did numbers you did not expect garnering both wanted and unwanted attention. Focusing on the positive, AD Robles commented on my meme in a recent video highlighting the importance of marketing.

AD Robles talked about the aesthetic differences between the Christ is King conference and Reform Con 25, pointing out the energy conveyed by the brighter colors is a reflection of what type of environment it would be.
I talked about this as well, but I would like to make a broader point about the trend I’ve observed in removing color from the world. Defeating Trashworld being colorful in marketing material is not a coincidence. Trashworld removes color, much like The Giver. We see this in home remodeling shows that take beautiful wooden fixtures and paint them white or gray. Movies are less colorful than they used to be, as exemplified by Gladiator 1 and its sequel. And a lot of marketing material reflects this trend. Previous decades were more colorful within their capacities.
AD Robles has a good take on this issue, so I wanted to share.
