This week, the Presbyterian Church in America was caught with guidelines promoting illegal immigration. However, the PCA is not alone in their brazen treachery and Romans 13 violation. They are thus far alone in removing it from their websites. In contrast, the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod published a series of resources in response to the same issue, couched in a generalized excuse. The LCMS has released two sets of guidelines for use by Lutheran schools and congregations in the event of “a visit from a law enforcement agent or agency.” These documents are not intended to be legal advice even though they attempt to invoke legal counsel.
Starting with the congregation.
- If a law enforcement agent comes onto church property, the pastor (or his designee) must immediately be notified, and the agent should be escorted to a room or area that is private.
- The pastor (or his designee) should introduce himself to the agent and ask the agent for the purpose of his/her visit.
- The pastor (or his designee) should assure the agent that it is the intention of the church to comply with the law.
- The pastor (or his designee) should ask if he/she is an agent and to see the agent’s card. If one is not available, he should write down the agent’s name and identification number, as well as a contact telephone number.
- If the agent has a warrant or a subpoena, the pastor (or his designee) should ask to make a copy. After receiving information about the purpose of the visit and obtaining copies of any documents the agent has pertaining to the occasion of the visit, the pastor (or his designee) should contact the church attorney or the attorney of the LCMS district in which the church resides, at his/her cell number. Note: An administrative warrant does not give law enforcement the right to enter the non-public areas of the church, such as offices, unless invited. A judicial warrant signed by a judge or magistrate is required. The warrant must be examined to be sure it designates the church by address.
- The pastor (or his designee) should then inform the agent that the pastor (or his designee) must contact the church attorney or the LCMS district’s attorney, per this guideline (feel free to share this guideline).
- From there, the church attorney or the LCMS district’s attorney should discuss with the pastor (or his designee) how to proceed with the agent.
- In all matters, including matters of immigration, both minors and adults have the right to remain silent and not to answer the law enforcement agent’s questions; they also have the right to counsel (but not at government expense).
- Generally, if a warrant or subpoena is signed by a judge or magistrate, the church must comply. This will need to be determined by the church attorney or the LCMS district’s attorney.
- If there is an informal request for information that is not in the form of a document signed by a judge, the church attorney or the LCMS district’s attorney will likely advise that the church is not in a position to provide information about a congregant without proper documentation, which would include an order from a judge or magistrate.
- Remember to be calm and respectful.
The guidelines for the schools are the same with school inserted over pastor. The timing of these guidelines coincides with the Trump Administration’s actions and posture toward mass deportations. Moreover, the right to counsel but not at government expense is also an allusion to illegal immigration as defendants are entitled to legal counsel at government expense if they cannot afford one. So this also is inserted for illegal immigrants who might not be entitled to representation if the 5th Amendment is rightfully applied or in an immigration court. The inclusion of immigration denotes the liberal intent of these guidelines.
The LCMS is a rather woke denomination that is in denial of it.

The LCMS used to be a solid, theologically sound denomination. Emphasis on USED to be.

Lying false teachers such as Matthew Harrison are even worse than full-blown blatant enemies.
That is because at least the enemies are honest about their anti-White goals, and stab you in the front.
Traitors such as Matthew Harrison pretend to be “conservative Christians” and then treacherously stab you in the back.
Furthermore, traitorous fake “Christian” false teachers are MUCH WORSE than secular enemies because the secular enemies don’t claim that “god” will send you to hell if you don’t embrace the destruction of the White race.
The secular enemies (Democrats, etc) are trying to destroy the White race, but at least they don’t pretend to be “Christian leaders” who speak for “god”. The Democrats don’t try to manipulate and gaslight and deceive us into believing that “god” will send us to hell if we bravely defend the existence of our race and our people.
The fake “conservative Christian” traitors such as Matthew Harrison, the depraved demon monster Joel Berry, Doug Wilson, Robert Morris, Joe Boot, Russell Moore, etc are a BILLION TIMES WORSE than open enemies.
After an America First government wins power, Matthew Harrison and the other treasonous slime mentioned above will be arrested and put on trial for subversion, treason, and incitement of genocide against White people.
There will be ZERO tolerance for anyone using religion to try to manipulate, gaslight, and deceive White people into embracing racial suicide.
ANY person who claims that “god hates racism” or “god hates kinism” or “god is against White nationalism” or “god supports race-mixing” or “god is on the side of the jews” or “god hates anti-semitism” or “Jesus is a jew” or ANY other manipulative, evil, anti-White LIES, will be immediately arrested and charged with subversion, treason, and incitement of genocide.
The era of traitorous liberal cuckvangelicals using religion for anti-White purposes will be OVER.
There will be ZERO tolerance for ANY expression of anti-White opinions.
ICE should just arrest any Lutheran pastor trying to stall them like that, his citizenship should be rescinded, and then deport him to Germany.
