Joel Berry is the most notorious personality at Babylon Bee due to his unapologetic support for killing Palestinian Christians over alleged Hamas support.
On Saturday, Joel Berry would announce his exit from Babylon Bee:
The Bee has been one of the most fun and fulfilling experiences of my life. It has made me a happier person, able to look at the often depressing daily news with a sense of levity and hope. I trust my work has had a similar effect on its readers.
But for me, it’s time for something new. I’m moving on from the Bee to work on some new projects I can’t wait to tell you about!
I want to thank Seth and Kyle for completely changing my life—and for putting up with me this long. It’s been a blast. If you love the Bee, I encourage you to support them. They’re doing God’s work, truly. Perhaps someday they’ll come up with a third conservative joke.
Berry’s exit is amicable and genuinely comes across as him leaving on his own terms. Berry also teases a new project as he goes solo. One can only help but think it’s a podcast, given that it seems to be the trend with people like Jeremy Boreing.
