Pastor Jack Graham of Prestonwood Baptist Church, a prominent Southern Baptist megachurch in Texas. On Sunday, Jack Graham and Mike Huckabee announced a new fixture at Prestonwood Baptist Church, a “facsimile” modeled after the Western Wall of Jerusalem, a holy site for Talmudic Jews.
More sacred spaces are needed as God’s people pray. With a tribute to the western wall in Jerusalem we now have a wall at Prestonwood, where God’s people can pray. Leave prayer request, and insert scripture or promise from God to claim. This wall stands as a call to prayer and we… pic.twitter.com/1AV5W2SvCr

Prestonwood made a wall with predrilled holes in it so that people could make prayer notes modeled after the one in Jerusalem. While Herod The Great is often credited with the beginning of the Western Wall, Josephus credits Agrippa II with the completion of wall projects. This would mean that Jesus’s prophecy of a complete destruction of the temple is accurate, especially as the supposed remnants postdate Christ. Moreover, it has been built upon in later centuries. Therefore, the Western Wall has no significance to the Christian faith, and it is idolatry to treat with esteem the holy relics of a pagan religion. Christ will return to destroy idols, be they the black cube that’s worshipped in Islam or the Western Wall worshipped in Talmudic Judaism.
Neither Jack Graham nor Mike Huckabee mention Jesus in their video, only the “God of Heaven.” Jack Graham states that the terrorists want to destroy “all peoples of faith, except perhaps their own perverted faith.” Mike Huckabee emphasized the need to support Israel “with our finances” which, in context, was not referring to government spending but rather people in the church.
God makes no promises to even listen to the prayers of those who practice false religions (Psalm 66:18, Isaiah 59:2). Yet by validating the Western Wall, Prestonwood Baptist Church is promoting a soft universalism where Talmudic Jews worship the same God as Christians.

Ridiculous attempts to divert believers prayers from their direct access through Christ to some man-made contraption.
Thank you for the reminder of the truth of God’s word !
