Andrew Tate remains a prominent force in the media through his love of Bugattis and loose women. Recently, he was released from house arrest and allowed entry into the United States. And word on the street is he has interviews lined up to once again thrust him into Conservative Inc, despite the serious human trafficking charges against him in Romania.
Andrew Tate made his fortune, however much it actually is, in camgirls and selling online courses. He rose to fame over the last few years for manosphere talking points, appearances of great wealth, and auto-astroturfing media campaigns. Because of his stance against feminism, their is a persistent narrative that Christians are being seduced by Andrew Tate, a hedonistic Muslim.
The last time I covered this narrative, the claim was that Christian students were quoting Andrew Tate in a private school. The quotes were unspecified, so there was no substance to this claim. As I wrote then, “Andrew Tate is a cartoon character to young men much in the same way that George Costanza or Kosmo Kramer were in the 90s.” So even if students were quoting him, it could be more of a joke. More recently, David French partook in an effort to relaunch this narrative.
In any case, the resurgence of Christianity in America, which we have taken to calling the Bro Revival, has many men questioning feminism, or perhaps the reverse; the rejection of feminism has produced a ripe field for harvest. Andrew Tate offers a counterfeit solution and zero long-term strategies for overcoming feminism. After all, he is facing prison.
As someone who is highly active in Christian Nationalist circles, I have not stumbled across any Andrew Tate fans, much less pastors. I have seen comments claiming to know people who are. But that’s the height of my observation.
Still looking for the Christians defending Andrew Tate. pic.twitter.com/Wlkyl9Ou2a

Apparently others feel the same way including Josh Daws. Joel Webbon quipped on the issue, “Feminism and Andrew Tate are both bad. But only one of them is in your church.”
Surely, if a Christian pastor wanted to pull a risky manuevuer to clout chase, he could come out in support of Andrew Tate and be that guy. But this has not happened.
There are far more pernicious outside influences within the church that do not claim Christ, like James Lindsay or perhaps Jordan Peterson.

I spend a good amount of time on conservative, conservative Christian and manosphere threads. I have yet to encounter an Andrew Tate fanboy there or in person.
Great tweet by Joel Webbon.
I have to confess that due to Andrew Tate’s influence I almost bought a Bugatti. A hotwheel one though. And somehow I resisted the temptation to spend $1.30
