The upcoming documentary exposing the multiple scandals of McLean Bible Church and David Platt has made a major announcement about its release. This announcement coincides with a trailer that touches on the finer details of the documentary’s subject matter. The announced release date for The Real David Platt is October 20, 2024.
The new trailer gets into the details of David Platt, McLean, and The SBC Conspiracy, whereby the McLean semi-secretly became a Southern Baptist Church against its bylaws. Moreover, they intend to expose the wokeness of David Platt. Part of the footage in the trailer appears to be depositions that were released as a result of the lawsuit McLean spent a million dollars on and lost.
Evangelical Dark Web has been covering the relevant issues with Platt in the documentary and are excited for its release.
