This edition of DarkLinks has begins with the theme of abortion which we said we would focus on more this month. The point that I want to hammer home from different sources is how much the pro-life movement, the abolition of abortion, is held back by members who supposedly claim they are pro-life. We present Danny Akin using adopting the expansion of what pro-life means, a no true scotsman fallacy, and then we have the a bill in Oklahoma to abolish abortion that has struggled to win “pro-life” politicians. Next we delve into the culture war some more with Jeff Maples, of all people, understanding Frozen 2 better than most. Lastly we finish with a rebuttal against Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality.

Danny Akin, who is essentially the Mr. Magoo of the SBC, thought he would throw out the newly redefined pro-life term without much pushback. He was wrong.
State Senator Silk Aims to Outlaw Abortion in Oklahoma, Faces Opposition From ‘Pro-Life’ Politicians
By Heather Clark @ Christian News Net
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — A senator in Oklahoma has again introduced a bill that would completely outlaw abortion in the state — a measure that has generated much support from fellow abolitionists but also faces opposition from stated pro-life leaders who assert that an incremental regulatory approach would be more practical.
Sen. Joseph Silk, R-Broken Bow, introduced S.B. 13, also known as the Abolition of Abortion in Oklahoma Act, on Feb. 4.
Silk is hoping to obtain a hearing this year, in spite of his greatest obstacle being pro-life organizations and politicians who oppose the measure as they believe that states must wait for the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Roe and regulate legalized abortion in the meantime.

Except, what he failed to mention, is that the “You” in the theme song isn’t a call from God or a call from Jesus or even a call to the true God revealed by general revelation. The movie — and the entire Frozen series — actually already reveals this “You” to be Elsa’s own heart and that the entire theme of the movie teaches that we should not follow God, but follow our own hearts.
This, of course, is antithetical to the Scriptures and is clearly motivated by the pagan culture’s ideals to reject the “bondage” of religious morality and instead do what “feels” right to yourself. Reject any outside influence and instead, live to gratify yourself. It’s just an excuse to love the world and worship the creation rather than the creator.

Ethnic Gnosticism is a term crafted by Voddie Baucham to explain the phenomenon of people believing that somehow because of ones ethnicity that one is able to know when something or someone is racist. In this sermon, Dr. Baucham sheds light on the way this ideology is undermining the gospel and compromising genuine christian relationships in the church today.
