Every month, Evangelical Dark Web provides a status update on the overall picture of what’s going on in the church and this ministry. February saw two top ten stories of the year within the church. Those stories are the He Gets Us Campaign who aired commercials during the NFL playoffs and the Asbury Revival in all its controversy. Evangelical Dark Web had its best month ever, in the shortest month of the year.
But other than those two events, there was a lot of action. The month began with the ongoing fallout of Andy Stanley and our coverage of how it spread to Saddleback Church. And then lo and behold, Saddleback Church was disfellowshipped from the Southern Baptist Convention. This was a busy month for the Southern Baptist Convention as they picked a fight with local churches over Johnny Hunt and lost. but with the Ws came a major L, in that, the SBC wants to pay Guidepost seven figures to build a website. In other news, John MacArthur’s former elder spoke out against him to the liberal media and Mike Winger saw some light with Bill Johnson.

Discernment
In February we published a verdict on Jennie Allen who many have requested research on. In March, we hope to complete two verdicts as part of a previously announced plan. They will be published during slower news times once completed.
Videos
It was a great month for the channel as Evangelical Dark Web has created a number of legacy videos that look as though they will continuously drive traffic to the channel. The Asbury Revival Discernment Stream was the most viewed livestream ever done.
Book Announcement
I happy to announce that I am working on a book titled Winning Not Winsome. The manuscript is completed. I have a publisher lined up. Prayers appreciated on this process. Target release is in the spring.
“Patreon” System
Evangelical Dark Web has a tier subscription service. A lot of competitors have this (a term of endearment in this case) and for good reason. The purpose of this is not to make the founder of this site rich. This is a labor of love and will remain that way. The fog of Spiritual Warfare persists for those of us on the ground. We need accurate reporting that mainstream Christian websites are not providing either because they simp for celebrities, sold out to liberalism, or both. Consider joining. This will allow access to all the Evangelical Dark Web has to offer, like polls for the next discernment verdict.
Soli Deo Gloria,
Ray
