Michael O’Fallon and James Lindsay have long been claiming that Christian Nationalism is an op, that Christian Nationalists are working for or as federal agents to entrap Christians. Bill Roach, a Michael O’Fallon acolyte, insinuated that Christian Nationalists are government-funded. Not only is what he said factually unfounded, the reverse is more likely true.
Let’s first dive into the reverse. Christianity Today, a vehemently anti-Christian organization unsurprisingly hates Christian Nationalism and gave much cover to Evangelicals For Harris to that end. Christianity Today reported receiving $1.8 million from the government in 2023 comprising 19% of their contributions.
But what about the others? Let’s start with think tanks.
The National Immigration Forum swims in subsidized circles, so much so that it has indirectly received $8288 in government money. This is negligible in their budget but this once Soros-backed organization runs the Evangelical Immigration Table which works closely with the Southern Baptist Convention.
The Institute on Religion and Democracy is no ally to Christian Nationalists and received six figures in government money directly. The Evangelical Environmental Network which was heavily featured in Megan Basham’s Sheperd’s For Sale swims in corrupted circles so much indirect money accounts for nearly 2% of its contributions.
Redeeming Babel is a major investigation in the church, as its curriculum was almost showcased at the Presbyterian Church in America General Assembly last year before the backlash canceled it. This curriculum was designed by Russell Moore, Curtis Chang, and David French to subvert the church in an election year. As Megan Basham points out, Redeeming Babel had no money until it started taking money to develop The After Party curriculum.
In contrast, a generous definition of Christian Nationalism would include many organizations with far less funding, much less government funding.
The biggest scandal here is that American Reformer which operates the Center For Baptist Leadership and is the official magazine of Christian Nationalism received $6 of indirect government funds. Equipping the Persecuted which actually helps Nigerian Christians doesn’t even receive any USAID in doing so.
But you’ll also notice that these Christian Nationalist organizations are not nearly as well funded compared to the liberal think tanks. So the rise of Christian Nationalism is clearly not tied to federal grant monies.
As a disclaimer, this research only included 501c3s. Therefore LLCs, such as Evangelical Dark Web and many others are not included in this research because we would need access to tax and accounting records that are not publicly available. Further disclaimer, we are not government-funded either.
Bill Roach’s fantasy that Christian Nationalism is backed by the government already lacked any amount of credible evidence, but this counterevidence shows the anti-Christian Nationalism is more aligned with the liberal patronage network where government money flowed.

After an America First government wins power, anyone who spews the LIE that White nationalism or Pro-Whiteness is “un-christian” will be immediately arrested for subversion, treason, and incitement of genocide.
There will be ZERO tolerance for so-called “Christians” gaslighting, manipulating, and deceiving White people into wrongly believing that “god” is against White nationalism and White kinism.
Christianity will be ruthlessly and totally purged of ALL anti-White ideology.
