Christian media has spent years astroturfing support for Ukraine among Evangelicals, which does not reflect the reality on the ground. Indeed, the two biggest supporters of Ukraine in Evangelicalism are Richard Land, executive editor at Christian Post, and Daniel Darling, director of the (Richard) Land Center, a Southern Baptist-funded organization, and an executive at the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention. Other “Christian” media moguls have propped up Ukraine support, such as Russell Moore of Christianity Today and Ed Stetzer of Church Leaders and Biola University.
In contrast to the ever-failing upwards Evangelical leaders, Pope Francis has expressed a desire for peace, as well as President Donald Trump, who once called Russell Moore a nasty guy. Donald Trump recognized the disconnect between Russell Moore and Evangelicals long before the Mid Eva figures, who consider themselves leaders now. On Ukraine, Donald Trump has expressed a desire for peace and in his second term is acting on it.
The concept of a separate peace is foreign to the modern man. As something of a historian myself, there are several occasions in European history where a belligerent negotiates peace and exits the war, typically after a decisive defeat. Ironically, the World War II notion of “unconditional surrender” as well as the British resolve to fight on until the end caused many to overlook this resolution to war even though France signed a separate peace with Germany in 1940.
Thus any attempts to make peace now are seen as “appeasement,” which itself is a revisionist reference to Chamberlain not wanting to go to war for the failed state of Czechoslovakia. Ukraine, like Czechoslovakia, is a failed state which had a coup in 2014 beginning today’s conflict. To make matters worse, this country has been a money laundering proving ground for Democrats and the Republican allies, which shows that the Ukrainian regime’s demise is ultimately beneficial for regular Americans not profiting from their corruption.
The high of 2022 is over. The historically slow-learning Russian military has adapted to early mistakes and their offensives in 2024 and 2025 have captured much territory. The current situation has Russia in no hurry to end the war and an open refusal for a ceasefire. Moreover, they view the Ukrainian regime as illegitimate due to the 2014 coup and Zelensky’s term having expired. However, Russia will negotiate with the United States.
Donald Trump ran on settling the Ukraine question, and while I am bullish on his ability to end the war, for the aforementioned reasons, I do believe Trump can execute an America-first strategy and end American involvement. The only question is what can America get in return for exiting a lost proxy war other than normalized relations with Moscow. In any case, this is preferable to America continuing to fund a losing war whose outcome only grows worse for Ukraine by the kilometer. America’s unilateral exits has a high likelihood of forcing Ukraine to sue for peace under worse terms than they would have gotten had they negotiated earlier. But Evangelicals voted for this, as this is what Trump campaigned on.
81% of White Evangelicals voted for Donald Trump while the supposed Evangelical leaders are liberals who opposed him. Thus Ukraine highlights the disconnect between Big Eva and the Evangelicals they fail to represent and highlights the need for new leadership.

In the case of the evangelical elite, it’s that Mr. Putin’s against “democracy”. If he was for it, and Ukraine was borderline fascist, they would support Mr. Putin whatever he did. With the media, at least in many cases, it’s that Mr. Putin is against transgenderism, homosexuality, and unlimited abortion, and encourages his people to have more babies, and Mr. Zelensky is just the opposite. Also, Mr. Putin is a (likely nominal) Christian, and Mr. Zelensky is Jewish. If all those things were reversed, Putin could sink both Russia and Ukraine halfway to Hell, and the media would be cheering.
Zelensky is illegitimate because he is a Jew ruling a largely Catholic and EO country. Zelensky has to go. He can go retire in Israel or end up being killed by Russia. He needs to choose.
The fact that the “evangelical Christian” leaders and influencers support Ukraine, reveals them as (((controlled))), traitorous shills who PRETEND to care about Christianity, but are actually only interested in advancing jewish global supremacy.
Russia supports traditional Christian values such as the nuclear family, having babies instead of aborting them, a wholesome school curriculum that teaches children to be brave and patriotic and love their own people, and a strong role for Christianity in society. Russia opposes abortion and LGBTQ brainwashing of children. The Russian government supports and encourages Christianity. The Russian soldiers often display flags with Jesus’ image when they go into battle.
In contrast, Ukraine is a jewish mafia state whose jewish dictator is shutting down Christian churches, arresting Christian priests, and promoting LGBTQ degeneracy and NWO globalization.
